Things that startup needs

Startup india initiative is an great example of how governments can support their young people to grow faster and better so keeping this in mind today i am going to talk about things that might a startup needs just to begin i am not gonna write about how to build a successful startup because that is another topic which is massive to cover for sure.


So lets begin .

The Idea well as the new saying someone has already created it so no need to create just sold it well i feel there is some misunderstanding here i might say someone has already created it so you just need to improvise and turn it in to a new product please read it carefully new product.

please do not forget todays tech giants were the startups also but they have something uncommon i am not going to use different because in terms of IT marketing communications its uncommon would fit properly. Lets go back yo the idea for a startup its very important to understand what product they are going to hit the market if there are already such product available then the fight will be to capture the market not to create it so please work in as much details you can ti figure out where your product can fit perhaps there are more then one industry you can target.

Diverse resources - I might talk like a naive in this but it all depends on your idea if you are trying to get the market share then take resources especially human resources very carefully because you might need to generate extra income using same resources it might confuse you but income is an important part and you need to generate it to keep things going then waiting for funding to come and help you which could be worse case scenario for a startup.

Bulls eyes nope i am not saying to target something but keeping your eyes open and looking for opportunities not in wrong place is very important. okay i will take an example and explain my self more . As we can see techies in india especially just forming a startup and working on project which they mostly get from some freelancer work proving website i don't think so i need to mention any of those but the point is in short run it is a good policy in long run its nothing i mean you wont even reach to long run through it because i told you , you need to work on something uncommon to stay in market.

Conferences it might not the best place to go for marketing but definitely worth time because stage is the best place to get exposure with investors and future clients . So try to find conferences based on your area of work and give it a shot as a speaker but even if you can attend it as a listener it would be great.

Do not use bulk marketing in the beginning because it could be too much worth less spending on advertisement initially just try to get some small but clients that need your product. Its better you use money in the product development yes it all depends on your business line.


control your expenses at least for initial three months and try to cover your expenses with your income even break-even point  is far more better achievement.
